Manley Hopkinson is an explorer, author, keynote speaker and senior advisor. He served in the Royal Navy, spent a decade as a professional ocean-racing skipper, finishing with the BT Global Challenge round-the-world race, and set a record in the inaugural race to the magnetic North Pole.

He founded Manley Talks in 1999 and the Compassionate Leadership Academy in 2015, and wrote one of the first books on compassionate leadership. His work builds the leadership behaviours that create commitment, engagement and performance.

Dr William Amponsah is an economist, leadership consultant and certified executive coach with more than 30 years of experience advising governments, universities and international organisations on economic development, trade strategy, entrepreneurship and values-based leadership. He holds a PhD in Applied Economics from The Ohio State University and recently retired after 33 years as a professor of economics and director in the United States.

He directs the Transformation Ghana Leadership Initiative, chairs the Board of Trustees of the Association International School in Accra, and has trained Ghana's Parliamentary Committees, South African Cabinet Ministers and emerging leaders across West Africa.
